How do I check my data balance?
Go to your Home screen. Your current data balance is displayed prominently on the main card at the top. You can also tap "Data Usage" to see a full breakdown.
How do I subscribe to a promo?
Tap "Promos" on the bottom navigation. Browse or filter promos by category, then tap "Subscribe" on your chosen promo. Confirm the subscription when prompted.
How do I pay my postpaid bill?
Tap "Bills" on the bottom navigation. Your current bill amount and due date are shown. Tap "Pay Now" and follow the payment steps. Accepted methods: GCash, credit/debit card, online banking.
How do I activate an eSIM?
Go to Profile → Manage eSIM. Follow the step-by-step guide. Make sure your device supports eSIM before proceeding. Contact support if you encounter issues.
I didn't receive my OTP. What do I do?
